Will the same team clean my home every time?

For recurring cleanings we try to send the same team every visit. The team learns your home and you can tell them your preferences or leave a list for them to read.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, our teams bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use your products or equipment, just leave them out for the team.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

We clean everything we can reach inside the home except inside closed areas such as drawers and cabinets. That includes baseboards, counters, the inside of the oven and microwave, vacuuming under beds and under rugs that can be lifted, and inside windows. We do not clean the refrigerator by default, but you can ask the team to. We do not open windows to clean window frames.

What is included in a move-in or move-out cleaning?

Everything inside that we can reach, plus the inside of kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, oven and microwave. We clean behind the refrigerator and oven if they can be moved easily and safely. We assume the home is empty: items left behind are treated as trash unless clearly labeled "Do Not Touch". Move-in/move-out cleanings do not include steam carpet cleaning.
